Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome! Please clean up after your pets and ensure they are leashed.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. If you need flexibility, please contact us - we can frequently accommodate exceptions.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?
There is no minimum. Choose the length of stay that is convenient for you.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 - 29 days. We also offer a 10% military discount.

Do you offer extended stays?
Yes. We offer a 30-day rate of $800. This includes water, sewer and trash. Electric is metered and the actual cost is passed on to the guest. There is a $300 deposit and RVs are must be 20 years old or newer. (Please send a photo if you would like us to consider an exception.)

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours prior to stay. (Credit card processing fees cannot be refunded.) If you need to cancel after the deadline due to extreme circumstances, you can call our office.
Is WiFi available?
We offer complimentary WiFi. You will receive the code upon check-in.
